Dam Dam Soup Noodles (Shanghai Style)

Serves 2, Not Kosher




  1. stir fry minced pork , diced black mushroom with mached garlic for 1 minute
  2. mix seasoning well then braise with the other ingredients and add soup reducing on a low heat until it becomes "rich"
  3. boil noodles in water , drain
  4. pour sauce over noodles, top with crushed peanuts,chopped onions and a little seasame oil (if you have any)
  5. serve with a chinese movie...

And the fall back if there is no local chinese deli near you is to consider using a suitable prepared seasoning mix in a packet or a jar such as the Amoy Roasted peanut Satay Stir Fry Sauce
